Greetings!
Welcome to the March 2020 edition of the Fire Replicas monthly newsletter.
First off, we would like to thank you for your patience. Like most global businesses, this last month has been quite challenging. Between bad weather on the Pacific, oil pipeline protesters in Canada, and the Coronavirus, we've had to make adjustments along the way.
The number one question we've been receiving, and that I'd like to try to answer, is how is the virus affecting your business? In short, our design team, administrators, engineers, painters, trimmers, and those in charge of the casting process are all back to work and moving along. This is mostly because these folks live within close proximity to the factory.
However, our assembly lines have yet to ramp up to normal productivity as these skilled workers reside in territories with strict travel restrictions and are having a difficult time returning to the factory following CNY. Once everyone is back to work, we'll get back to our normal pace. As it currently stands, we may lose a couple of months in our schedule. This comes as a relief to many of our customers as our new release pace tends to be a bit intense. :) We'll keep you informed in the upcoming months about our production status. Thanks again for your patience.
