Dear friends,

The start of spring has brought some great news to LCH. This month, we made it to our new home in Oxford. Many thanks to all of the warm welcomes that we have already received from our Oxford neighbors! We are so excited to provide our services in a more central, accessible space.

We also anticipate a more consistent supply of vaccines for patients and community members this spring. Please visit our COVID-19 resource page to learn more about vaccine appointments for those that fall into Category 1A. Remember to continue to wear your mask to protect our friends, our family, and our community.

Good News

We Made it to Downtown Oxford

We are thrilled to join the downtown Oxford business community at our new health center location: 14 South 3rd Street Oxford, PA 19363. Read our recent release on the new location. Take a quick virtual tour of the facility. New patients are welcome! Our health center in Oxford has primary care, social assistance, and behavioral health on-site as well as Telehealth visits. Like our other facilities, we accept most private insurances, Medicaid, Medicare, and patients without insurance. We evaluate everyone to determine eligibility for discounted services. Our sliding scale fees are based on your income and family size. We don’t turn anyone away due to inability to pay.

New United States Citizens

Congratulations to Rosa, Flor, and Yuliana who recently became United States Citizens! By attending our free virtual classes and studying for the exam, their hard work paid off. Bilingual Story Time Promotes Language Development

Health Insurance Extension in Pennsylvania

For any community members who may have missed the January deadline to enroll in Pennie for health insurance coverage, the deadline is now May 15th, 2021. Eduardo, LCH Caseworker, explains the update in this video in English and in Spanish. The LCH Social Assistance team is available to answer any questions you may have. Call (610) 444-7550 option 8. Enrollment appointments are now available.

March is Colorectal Cancer Awareness Month. Let's prevent cancer! Talk to your provider today about when to get screened. Early detection can save lives.
