Three down and one to go!!!! It’s time to go GREEN!!! Keep ye eye open for information on the Rough Riders St Patrick’s parade as we get it!!! Information we have now is posted below.
Looking forward to seeing all me pirates at the March 2nd Social to be followed up by the official “KBR day” at the Renaissance Faire on March 3. For all of you newbies, this is a great place to shop for pirate garb, accessories and such!!
Again, I ask that all members read entire email to make sure you are up to date on all current and upcoming KBR events, parades, socials and charities!!!

- St. Patrick's parade info is coming in now. Watch for update in your email box when we receive it. As soon as the parade sponsor gets the final info out you will receive it as well. Weather and logistics are always the final factors.
- Pre-ordered long-sleeve shirts should be available for pickup at the social and bead drop.

The pubs at Ren Faire do have credit machines... Yay! But you can't add tips on them... Boooo! Please bring cash to tip the pub staff if you plan to pay for drinks with cards.

Parade starts at 5:00 pm

The 1st U.S. Volunteer Cavalry Regiment Rough Riders, Inc., and the City of Tampa will participate in the Annual St. Patrick's Parade, on Saturday, March 16th, 2024, at 5:00 p.m., in downtown Tampa.
It is suggested that you park along Riverwalk and walk to staging.
POST PARADE PARTY at The Wexford Irish Pub & Grille with Sobriety X on stage.

As soon as we know our staging location, we will post it to the KBR Private Page.

We are excited that this year’s 2024 St Patrick's Parade and several associated events will be in downtown Tampa. By moving the event to the Downtown District, it will bring new excitement and will ultimately bring additional energy and awareness to the community. As we transition the Parade and associated activities into the Downtown district, we do so with hopes of becoming a marquee event in the community in the future. This is one of organization’s signature events and showcases the Rough Riders commitment to the Krewe world and the Tampa community.
Re-positioning the parade will complement other downtown Tampa events such as the River O’ Green event, and the Armature works festival on the riverwalk as well as several other activities being held downtown during St Pat's weekend. As always, we thank the Krewe world for all of the past support and look forward to a future that allows us to create new friendships in downtown Tampa and ultimately build the parade to become a destination event.
Staging for the parade opens at 2:00PM and the Parade will start at 5:00PM

The Wexford will be banging all weekend. Stop in anytime and see how many KBR members are dancing the Irish Jig.

March 17th, we will have float clean up (10am) and for all members to retrieve their beads they have left throughout all the parades otherwise they will be donated to charities.
We are thinking about invading The Wexford about 4pm in time to catch JT Curtis on stage starting at 6pm.
