A Message from the Office of the Principal and Academic Affairs:
On Thursday and Friday of this week, our students met with an assigned advisor during periods 7 and 8 to discuss course selection for the upcoming school year. This was a great opportunity for our faculty and staff to provide keen insight with our students as they plan for next year. We wanted to establish some time and contact for our students who balanced so much already this year.

Thank you to all of our advisors who volunteered to work with our student population! The course selection forms need to be submitted to Ms. Radebaugh by Friday, March 12th. Ms. Radebaugh will review the forms and return them to the students in order for them to enter their courses in PowerSchool by March 19th.

If you have any questions, please first visit our school's website https://littleflowerhighschool.org/ and click on Academics, Course Selection. There are many documents for you to review. If you still have questions or concerns, please feel free to email [email protected]

By March 12th, parents/guardians and students will receive the Progress Reports for Quarter Three through School Messenger.

A Message from the Student Life Office:
RARE DISEASE AWARENESS

This week Mrs. Robinson's health classes raised awareness about rare diseases in honor of Rare Disease Day (traditionally celebrated on February 28). One in ten families in the United States have a child with a rare disease. Rare diseases are not so rare. Below you can see the display boards and information tables which were set up in the cafeteria throughout the week. You can also find more information about rare disease via our school instagram account.
SOCIAL-EMOTIONAL LEARNING WORKSHOPS

On February 26, our students participated in workshops to lift their spirits during this difficult time - workshops to deal with their social and emotional well being.

Topics from Self Love/Self Care, to Life from the Dorm Room, were offered.

There was also a Unity Day Planning Session held which included students that were chosen to be leaders for our Unity Days on April 14 and April 15. During this session led by Krista Leh from Tom Stecher and Associates, the student leaders themselves picked the topics and activities for the Unity Days.

It was a good day for all!
