Recipe: Caramelized Salmon
Very flavorful and quick recipe, with only 5 ingredients!

1/2 cup Sugar
2.5 tbsp Salt
Ground Black Pepper, to taste
1 lb. Salmon, cut into serving-size pieces
Olive OIl

  • Preheat the broiler to 450 degrees F.
  • Mix together the sugar, salt, and pepper in a shallow bowl. Dip each piece of salmon into the mixture and fully coat them.
  • Heat some olive oil in a pan over medium heat. Place salmon into the pan, skin side down. Saute for 5 minutes.
  • Flip each fillet onto the other side and saute for another 2-3 minutes. Sprinkle a little more sugar onto each piece.
  • Place the pan into the oven, allowing it to broil for about 5-10 minutes. Allow the salmon to properly cool before peeling off the skin and serving.
