We are excited to announce a March Madness Wellness Challenge in collaboration with our wellness partner, Wunsupona. Grab a partner and go head to head with fellow associates to be the last team standing!
The challenge starts on Monday, March 4 with a new set of challenges each week throughout March for you and your partner to complete. Compete four movement and wellness challenges each week to advance.
Challenge Rules:
- Find a partner you can count on (must be an associate).
- Check your email every Monday to learn the new weekly challenge. Each challenge will have a given number of rep, quantity, and or time each pair must meet collectively. The pair can break up the required number however they choose for each challenge.

All participants must report weekly updates of how each challenge was completed via pictures. Submissions must be sent in by FRIDAY AT 5PM of that week to hello@wunsupona.com
- The Wellness Challenge will be scored bracket style. Each week the partners that have completed all of the challenges will continue on and be emailed the next set of challenges. Each week will become progressively harder.
Examples of Challenges:
- Get outside 30 minutes during the work day
- Eat 8 servings of fruits or veggies in a day
