Winery notes: Viticulture in Apulia is history and at the same time innovation. The Tormaresca estate is the expression of these two spirits. Character, personality and the potential for high quality are the characteristics that the Apulian territory imparts to all varieties grown here, indigenous or not.

Tasting notes: An Antinori family project, Tormaresca Chardonnay is straw yellow with greenish reflections. On the nose, dominant notes of white pulp fruit, apples, and pineapples are well balanced by citrusy sensations of orange blossoms and jasmine. Its fragrant palate is savory with a soft entry and balanced freshness. 

Pairing: Pairs well with sushi and shellfish, like langoustines, clams, oysters and mussels. It is also ideal with flaky white fish. Grilled chicken and vegetable salad. Charcuterie board - olives, different cured meats & cheeses. Pairs beautifully with mild, semi-soft cheeses like a gouda or a mild blue.

Winemaker Notes: Filari Montepulciano d'Abruzzo DOC is a classic, round, and fragrant red wine. It has an intense ruby colour, with soft purple hues. On the nose, this wine is jammy, with red and black cherry notes and a touch of smoke. The wine in the mouth is fresh and young with chewy tannins and an interesting body.

Introducing NEW Jameson Triple Triple. Triple Distilled, Triple Cask… and some say, Triple Smooth. Jameson has always brought new friends to the table, so this time we introduced our Bourbon and Sherry casks to hand-selected Chestnut casks. It turned out to be a match made in wood heaven.

Nose: Opens with rich aromas of toffee fudge, vanilla, and hazelnut chocolate. Subtle orchard fruit notes of sweet pear and green apple softly linger in the background while the chestnut wood influence continues to build, accentuating the indulgent tones of dark chocolate and toasted almond.

Taste: Luscious and textured with notes of creamy fudge and vanilla, while mild nutty undertones and gentle wood spices slowly build over time adding further layers of flavor, complementing the orchard fruits and toasted wood.

Finish: Lingering finish which sees the fruits and spices gently fade, allowing the balanced use of oak and chestnut to have the last word.
