Case study:

Our customer was lifting rolls of material and in one area they had to go over the top of a mezzanine and machine. They requested we design and build a custom low headroom spreader bar. There were two position requirements and maximum headroom available to ensure the lifter would allow them to move material through their plant. We designed a roll lifting device that was not only rated to handle the weight of their largest roll but reduce the headroom in comparison to the device they were currently using by locating the lifting point within the envelope of the spreader.  Due to compliance requirements, we replaced the other bar. By taking the customers given capacities, headroom, and interface requirements to design then analyze a bar that would replace the current system.

With our sales department and engineering department working together. Jorden was able to identify the problem and parts needed while Daniel worked his magic and engineered custom bars. Creating a custom device that replaced their current system.
