SCD recently welcomed Donna Colton of Lewes as a part-time stormwater plan reviewer.
She holds a bachelor's degree from the University of Kansas and a master's degree from George Washington University.
Colton is a registered professional engineer who has worked in both the public and private sectors. She has experience preparing comprehensive watershed management plans to address surface runoff, flooding concerns, erosion, and sedimentation impacts, and surface and estuarine water quality.
