Today's Inspiration 

Meet Meredith, diagnosed with epilepsy at the age of five years old.
 
Because Meredith is open with her epilepsy, she recently contacted EFNC to provide a seizure and first aid training to educate the safety team at her office.

"I've become more proud and confident of myself and my epilepsy. I realized I should be educating and enlightening others, not hiding it.
