On March 16, 264 student chefs competed in the 12th Annual Jr Iron Chef VT! The competition challenges student teams to create nutritious, local dishes to inspire school meal programs. Maple is being celebrated all over the state this weekend! You can explore our sugarbush and learn the journey of sap to syrup, tap a sugar maple, and snack on sugar-on-snow!
