The Supervisory committee plays an important role in ensuring the financial records are in order and that internal controls are in place to protect the assets of the credit union and its members. The committee does this by making sure that annual audit is conducted and ensuring that internal controls are tested.

Who is eligible?
  • Anyone with income under $64,000 (with dependents)
  • Anyone with income under $45,000 (single)
  • Anyone who is self-employed with expenses of $5,000 or less and meet either of the above two income caps
  • BROOKLYN COOP members who do not meet income limits but have simple returns may also participate.
