Public Comment Period Open for Westshore Interchange & 275 projects
The public comment period for the FDOT Tampa Interstate Study Supplemental Environmental Impact Statement Public Hearing  is open for members of the public to offer their comments on the planned improvements to Interstate 275, including the Westshore Interchange. Comments are being accepted until March 12.

The public hearing feedback will be included in the final SEIS to be submitted by FDOT to qualify for federal funding. The final record of decision is expected in fall 2020. In October, the FDOT announced that the Westshore Interchange and 275 project would receive $1.4 billion starting in 2023-24, assuming the SEIS is approved. Florida Bike Month Gets Rolling
March is Florida Bike to Work Month. The Westshore Alliance is again hosting a ride on Thursday, March 12, for Tampa's Bike to Work Ride & Rally from WestShore Plaza to Downtown Tampa, via Gray Street. Join us at 7:10am from Gray St. and West Shore Blvd. to participate in the ride.

You can also join the Tampa Bay Bike Challenge. Enter your company to encourage employees to ride a bike to work during the month of March. Visit Love To Ride for more information and to sign up.
