With excellent weather, large crowds and a fine festival, ArtiGras in Jupiter brought brisk sales, lively chats, and an overall successful show in every way. I wholeheartedly thank returning and new collectors, as well as friends who came out to see me and to enjoy the festivities.
Sales consisted of many original paintings as well as my large format prints. The look of the large format prints is unique and can be ordered in sizes to fit the space an there was much interest in them. Other prints and printed merchandise made affordable purchases for visitors. Thanks to my husband who assisted at the front of the booth handling questions about the large format prints while I attended visitors viewing my original paintings and merchandise. Lively time we had.
Coming up in a jam-packed month of March, I will be at Veteran's Park March 2-3. Then ArtFest in the Pines, Pembroke Pines March 10-11, Festival of the Arts & Crafts, Coral Springs March 17-18, and one day at Loggerhead MarineLife Center, March 24. I was juried into these shows and three are new locations for me. I am so excited to be participating.
I thought I would have many new paintings but somehow the aftermath of the last show left me with a lot of administrative work to catch up on and to prepare for the upcoming shows. Alas, my 30 paintings in 30 days has suffered. With a show specifically geared toward sea turtles at the end of the month, I need to paint more of them as they are so popular.
Thank you to all my collectors. You keep me painting and enjoying myself.
