MARCH MASSAGES
For March, the following times are offered for massages with Barb, RMT. Receipts provided.

Barb, a Registered Massage Therapist, is also a Kinesiologist and Reiki Master, giving her the knowledge & experience needed to truly understand the body's needs to release tension while giving you a whole body connection.

HOT STONE RESTORATIVE SPECIALITY CLASS
"Escape into the magic of stillness and warmth"

Treat yourself to a magical experience of deeply soothing, long-held restorative yoga postures while you feel the warmth and gentle weight of heated stones being placed onto your body to promote an experience of relaxation and grounding. This luxurious practice will leave you feeling soothed and nurtured.

Only 6 spaces available and TWO INSTRUCTORS per class for extra attention to spoiling you silly! The class includes gentle touch, cozy blankets, bolsters, warm stones and soothing music & oils to send you into BLISS.
