As you may recall, we recently forged a strategic partnership with Holistic Health Connections (HHC), an amazing group of holistic health practitioners in northern Palm Beach County. So, to highlight our new relationship, we've published "HHC Launches a Mission in Abacoa," authored by Michelle Rosenthal, founder of HHC. Michelle's article calls attention to the achievement of a major milestone, not only for the organization, but for the holistic health movement in north Palm Beach County. Here's why...
On the fourth Wednesday (6-8pm) of every month, the Holistic Health Connections (HHC) "tribe" gathers to collaborate with each other, educate about holistic health methodologies, and elevate awareness for alternative options to wellness.
We're talking a two-hour meeting that combines holistic experiences, personal connection and professional knowledge. Combining a short group meditation with brief professional presentations, plus experiential and educational breakout sessions designed to allow attendees to make connections with new people, the HHC meeting creates an exciting, exuberant and uplifting energy that leaves participants saying, "I'm so glad I was here tonight!" Kudos to Michelle and her amazing tribe! We were fortunate enough to attend the last meeting and it was nothing short of remarkable. We can't wait till next month!
Our very own Green Goddess has penned another wondrous culinary gem: Blackberries: Big Flavor, Bountiful Benefits. Did you know that Blackberries are a great source of fiber and Vitamin C? That's only the beginning! So, check this out for sure. (BTW...The Goddess has included her secret concoction recipe for Blackberry Breakfast Bars!)
A quick shout out to our friends at the Palm Beach North Chamber, which held its CEO Connection breakfast in January. The event was hosted by FPL at its magnificent Manatee Lagoon center in Riviera Beach. Making the event even more special, the keynote speaker was the PB North Chamber's very own CEO & President, Noel Martinez. Adding yet another unique twist, Martinez was interviewed by his daughter Bella, who didn't shy away from asking some hard-hitting questions for Dad! The event was truly noteworthy for Chamber members.
Next up, we want to congratulate Encore Palm Beach County! Encore PBC recently held its kickoff breakfast to announce the First Annual Wisdom & Experience Work for Business Award at Hyatt Place Delray Beach. The well attended event saw Encore PBC's Founder Rosemary Nixon 's passionately address an enthusiastic audience about the organization's mission to "encourage employers to attract, re-train and retain mature workers." Many outstanding local organizations that have enhanced ROI by tapping into this sector of the workforce were present to show their support. Keep up the great work!
