Dear Villagers,
Ah, "the cruelest month!" But not for us! This April, we are filled with joy and excitement as we celebrate our 10-Year Anniversary Party and Resource Fair on April 10, a truly remarkable occasion that embodies our commitment to enhancing the quality of life for seniors and fostering intergenerational connections within our community. Join us for this vibrant gathering where you can explore a "one-stop-shop" of resources, connecting with representatives from various nonprofit organizations dedicated to supporting our beloved seniors.
We warmly invite everyone to partake in our diverse array of events this month, each designed to promote engagement and well-being, including two live plays, a labyrinth walk, whale spotting lessons, an intriguing evening of "Noir at the Clarke," a speakeasy-themed night of fun, a joyful Bouncerama for kids, a delightful plant sale, and the much-anticipated "Godwit Days!" in Arcata.
Additionally, you won’t want to miss the writing workshop hosted by Hospice of Humboldt, Kiwanis Club's 5th Annual Bingo Blast, breakfast at the Humboldt Grange, and a lively Earth Day celebration sponsored by the Sequoia Zoo's Conservation Council. Your participation is vital in creating an inclusive atmosphere, so please RSVP by email or phone and join us for our 10th Anniversary celebration!. Together, let us continue to empower, uplift, and build a vibrant and caring community for our seniors and their families.
Until next time.
