At CPM, we’re grateful for the opportunity to partner with some truly outstanding subcontractors and each month, we’ll be highlighting a few of them!

For March, we’re proud to recognize Timberland Lumber Co.

Timberland Lumber is currently contributing to several of our projects, including The Elwood, Silver at Saxony, and Union Station Lofts.

Their team consistently demonstrates a strong commitment to quality, reliability, and craftsmanship, helping keep our projects on schedule and running smoothly. We value the trust and collaboration we’ve built over time and appreciate their proactive communication, attention to detail, and dedication to getting the job done right. "The Timberland/CPM relationship got off to a rocky start as our first project together had the wrong windows ordered. Working together with Jake and the team at CPM, we were able to collaborate and work together to have this error have as minimal impact on the project as possible. CPM’s creativity to come up with ways so the project could continue to progress as we waited on the manufacturer to produce the correct windows was a great example of why CPM continues to be a leader in commercial construction."

Dave Desplinter- VP Sales Timberland Lumber Co.

"I work with Eric Teter from timberland regularly. He is great to work with. We have any issues he takes care of it same day. If we have any broken windows. We get him the info and he immediately gets the orders in and always puts a rush on them even if we haven’t asked him to. I know that when I work with Eric or have any issue I can count on him to make it right and fast."
