Calgary pediatric sleep consultant, Jane Anderson of Counting Sheep, has some important tips on how to shift your child's sleep pattern in preparation for Daylight Savings Time on March 12, when we all lose 1 hour of sleep!

Unfortunately, for children with LD or ADHD, losing an hour of sleep will have far greater impacts than when other children have to do without (and it's not great for adults, either). Sound sleep helps to regulate emotions, consolidate learning and mentally prepare us for the next day's challenges.
