AEP Ohio Files Rate Case Settlement; OPAE Will Litigate

Rate cases take a long time to process through the system. AEP submitted a Pre-Filing Notice as required by rule on April 29, 2020, with the Application to set new base rates filed on June 1, 2020. Settlement talks started in January, culminating in a stipulation filed on March 12, 2021.
