Keeping Up with Christiana!
Welcome to our March Newsletter! This month, we celebrate Women's History Month here in Howard County and around the world. In the United States, we recently celebrated monumental gains by women in the 2018 elections. Both in Howard County and across the country, women are continuing to gain representation and voice, not only in government, but in a multitude of fields and professions.

Later this month, Howard County will honor three women with an induction into the Howard County Women's Hall of Fame (see details below). I look forward to congratulating and recognizing these women, along with the countless women that have pushed our county forward and made our community a better place to live over the years.
As we move into warmer Spring weather, please don't hesitate to contact our office if you are experiencing any issues in your community or would just like to get in touch to say hello! We are here to help with your concerns and listen to your feedback. Wishing you a safe and healthy March!

Yours in service,
Christiana Mercer Rigby
Councilwoman, District 3
