Tiny Tots Academy
Spring Session Registration

Spring enrollment begins March 13th!
It is never too late to kickstart your child’s kindergarten or TK readiness - the Tiny Tots Academy is a recreational program for children ages 3-5 that sets them up for success by developing the key social and routine-building skills needed to succeed.
Programming runs Monday through Friday from 9:00 a.m.-12:00 p.m. with 2-day, 3-day, and 5-day enrollment options. Tiny Tots Academy can be found at 3 locations across Anaheim: Brookhurst Community Center, East Anaheim Community Center, and the Peralta Recreation Center.
All program participants MUST be fully potty-trained.

Oak Canyon Nature Center is calling all young explorers and nature lovers ages 5-12 for a summer of outdoor fun. Campers will experience weekly-themed art, nature, games, and more!
Join us as we learn about sharks, dinosaurs, mad science, and outer space.

Summer Wilderness Camp Registration Now Open!

Do you have what it takes to survive in the wild? Campers ages 12-14 will learn techniques to survive in the wilderness, hone their archery skills, games, learn the basics of first aid, and much more! Each week studies a different terrain and will provide an exciting experience.

Discovery Nature Family Hikes
Saturdays
10:30 a.m. to 11:30 a.m.
Join us Saturday mornings for an hour-long, naturalist-led hike through Oak Canyon to learn about the Canyon’s plants, animals, history, ecology, and more! Each week is a themed hike and ends at the Interpretive Center for a live animal demonstration.
Don’t forget to wear comfortable clothes, close-toed shoes, and bring a water bottle. Pre-registration is required!

Summer VolunTEEN Program

Earn community service hours while giving back to your community, meeting new friends, and having fun!
We are now accepting applications for the 2023 Summer VolunTEEN program!
Teens ages 13-17 can volunteer for various programs such as Oak Canyon Nature Center's Summer Day Camp, Pearson Park Amphitheatre's Summer Nights Under the Stars, Tiny Tots Academy, Anaheim Public Libraries, East Anaheim Gymnasium, and CampVenture!

Applications will only be accepted online and proof of negative TB test dated within the last two years must be submitted with your application. Completed applications must be submitted by May 12th.

For 25 years, this art space has highlighted the work and talents of selected visual artists. We feature mixed media and community-friendly works of art throughout the year. Our beautiful gallery showcases craftsman-style walls, counters, pedestals, and hallway niche display cases.
Are you an artist? Submit a Fine Arts Application to exhibit your work at our gallery.

Transportation service is available for active adults aged 60+. Participants must be a resident of the City of Anaheim. You may use the Senior Wheels Program for transportation within a 10-mile radius of your home in the City of Anaheim.
Nutrition – transportation to city-sponsored congregate meal sites the hours are from Tuesday - Thursday, 9:00 a.m. – 1:30 p.m.
Social, Recreation, Shopping & Medical - transportation hours will be Monday – Friday, 7:00 a.m.– 6:00 p.m.
Saturday & Sunday, 9:00 a.m.– 4:00 p.m.

- The Village at Orange – 1500 E. Village Way, Orange, CA

FREE English Classes for Adults

NEW! English as a Second Language class is now available at the Downtown Anaheim Community Center at 250 E. Center St. Anaheim, CA 92805. Classes are held Monday to Thursday from 8:30 a.m. to 11:30 a.m. New students are welcome to sign-up in person during the scheduled class times.
