Freeport Project Update
Our three-home project in Freeport is well underway! The families have been selected and are working on their sweat equity hours. Starting last week we were able to welcome small groups of regular volunteers back on to the site.
We are keeping everyone's health and safety top-of-mind, so all safety precautions are strictly being followed.

The return of volunteers is an exciting step forward that will allow us to make significant progress!
What Does Habitat Mean to You?
"The idea behind Habitat for Humanity and the people it serves has resonated with me for decades. My mother, sister and I lived in some rough apartments and then a motel before finally moving into a home my mother could barely afford. The memory of that first home and the way it settled our lives is the basis of my involvement with real estate. That's true for my involvement with Habitat for Humanity, my brokerage and the properties I own as investments."

Habitat Board Member, Jason Kern

Going Virtual with our Spring Events!
The Irish Road Rover 5K, which typically attracts hundreds of runners to the Old Port, will be completely virtual this year for safety reasons. Run the course on your own any time from now until March 18. Registration is only $25! Register now!
The Good Friday Walk is now the Springtime Community Walk. We will have registration details soon, but this new form of the walk allows walkers to fundraise, enter to win prizes, and get out for some exercise, all while staying safe and socially distanced. Look for more soon!
