February's Program theme was Valentine's Day Cookie Decorating! Jessica DeJohn of Jessica's Bake Shop/Love At First Cookie was our presenter who shared some of her amazing decorating skills with us. We all had loads of fun learning new decorating techniques & all about icings. Thanks go to Jacob's Spirits who donated the Champagne, Kim Hinshaw for the snacks and LeAnn Turrentine for allowing us to meet in her FABULOUS Barndo!

March's Program is our "Winning of the Gold" Fundraising Dinner and Party!

You are not going to want to miss this one! This is our biggest fundraiser of the year where we raise funds to be able to provide scholarships to Parker Seniors, Police Department & Fire Department support, & other projects around our city. Parker Women's Club will be combining Ladies Coffee & our monthly program for the month of April. We will be hosting a Networking Opportunity for all members who would like to promote their businesses. If you sign up to speak, you will be invited to give a short elevator pitch to promote your business or the business that you work for should you choose. If you are not speaking, no need to RSVP. Just show up and enjoy the program. Meeting will be Thursday April 21 at 10:00 am at the home of:

In search of 2022-2023 PWC Board Members!!

It's never too early to be thinking about next year! Do you have extra time on your hands? Kids flown the coop? Want to meet your neighbors? Make new friends? Give back to your community?

Please consider taking on a PWC Board position. PWC is forming a nominating committee soon who will be tasked with finding a new slate of officers for next year that the general membership will be voting on in April. So if you are interested in finding out more information or filling a board position, please contact Kristin Azbell 630-456-0998.

Ladies Coffee

The icy weather caused our February ladies’ coffee to be cancelled. But with March comes spring and hopes of sunny springtime weather! Our March coffee will be hosted by Cyndy Lane at 5004 Dublin Creek Lane on Thursday, March 24^th beginning at 10 AM.

Ladies’ Coffee normally meets on the 4^th Thursday of the month. Please note April will be combined with April's Program so date moved to April 21, 2022. We hope that you will join us this month for a cup of coffee, a little munchie and fun conversation. What better way to start your day! Bring a neighbor or friend and no need to RSVP. Hope to see you all there!

Book Club

The next meeting will be Wednesday April 6, 2022 at 1:30pm at the home of Marty Anderson, 4003 Rolling Knolls, Parker, TX. They will be discussing this months book:

Four Winds by Kristin Hannah.

The May Book will be The Alice Network by Kate Quinn.

Women Wine & Whiskey

This club met at the home of Kristl Pearl. Each lady brought a wine or whiskey to share. Roxanne Bogdan brought a sample of her brother's Whiskey that was just released for sale along with the story of how his company was put together and people it benefits. A special thank you to Jacob's Spirits who donated a bottle of whiskey that is exclusively sold at Jacob's. The Next meeting will be in April. Look for details in next months newsletter.
