COMMENTS FROM THE EDITOR: Happy St. Patrick's Month! Check out what's happening around town and how to enter our monthly contest! TWO WINNERS this month with 4 entries possible! GOOD LUCK!

Spring is just around the corner. Can you see it and feel it? I can and if you know me, then you know I love to cut grass and take care of our lawn, get in the pool, and entertain outdoors. This is also a busy time when people are moving into new homes, owning their own home for the first time, and scheduling vacations in between. As always, I'm staying updated on market conditions, interest rates, fair home pricing and more. My best advice right now is to talk to a local Realtor® about OUR market if you're thinking about making a move. The NATIONAL news is not accurate when it comes to our LOCAL market. In general, the message is relevant, but it's not always representative of what we see locally. If you want to know more, let's talk. There's no obligation to do anything. I want to help our friends understand what's different LOCALLY versus NATIONALLY.

Ireland is known for its beautiful scenery, friendly people, and rich culture. The cost of living is relatively low compared to the rest of Western Europe. Ireland also boasts low crime rates as well as excellent healthcare and education systems.

If you are looking to invest in a rental property, Ireland has among the highest rental yields in Europe, according to globalpropertyguide.com.
