Important Information

Please be aware that the milling and repaving for the Phase 1 Roadway Project is anticipated to begin the week of March 18, 2024, and continue through the week of March 25, 2024.

During this time NO ON-STREET PARKING is permitted on the affected streets, which include the following:

Week 1:

Apopka Court

Babcock Court

Berryessa Way (Phase 1 portion)

Calumet Drive

Champlain Drive (Phase 1 portion)

Cherry Creek Drive

Majestic Walk Blvd. (From Spruce Run Drive to and including the roundabout)

Majestic Walk Circle

Week 2:

Majestic Walk Blvd. (From Main Entrance to Spruce Run Drive)

Spruce Run Drive

Any vehicles (including personal vehicles and professional/vendor/delivery vehicles) parked on these streets during the prohibited times will be towed to allow for completion of the road work. If the work is delayed or the schedule is changed for any reason, we will circulate additional information as it is available. We thank you for your patience as we work to complete this vital community project.

Gather those unwanted items, place them on your front lawn or driveway and get ready to earn some extra cash! You do not need to pre-register for the event.

Please be sure to follow the community guidelines listed below during the garage sale:

Garage sale must take place on Saturday, April 6th only.

Garage sale will run from 8:00 am to 2:00 pm only.

You may use your own yard/garage sale signs. However, they must be disposed of immediately following the event.

Please comply with current trash regulations.
