Claims Processing Now Online

Most of you should know that the process for filing player accident claims is now completely online. Thanks to the hard work of Jen Sunderland and our insurance team, we now have a streamlined, simple, online process that players can complete. Not only will this new process increase the response time it will also give USASA some valuable additional information to evaluate our insurance performance and identify areas where we might be able to better serve our player community.
