Social Security benefits provide economic security to millions of Americans, including workers and their dependents when a debilitating illness or injury strikes.

Supplemental Security Income (SSI) and Social Security Disability Insurance (SSDI) programs provide critical financial assistance and access to healthcare through Medicaid and Medicare program, as well as other federal assistance programs like the Supplemental Nutrition Assistance Program (SNAP).
