The second annual 100 Envelope Challenge was a HUGE success thanks to each of YOU!
This year the campaign supported the GHHS Pitch-In-Pets fund, an emergency/non-routine medical fund for the homeless pets in our care. Currently this fund is supporting Tilly (brain swelling causing seizures), Capone (Entropion, a condition where hair/eyelashes fold in and scratch the cornea, creating an ulcer), and M' Lynn (heartworm treatment). As of 2/28, YOU, our amazing community of supporters along with a $500 match from our friends at Tito's Handmade Vodka raised a total of $5,348.12 - THANK YOU!!

A special thank you to Tilly's fosters, The Howard Family, for raising an additional $750 for her care!

How can we describe Mary Ellen Gentz? Fun. Hard-working. PAWSOME!

Mary Ellen joined us as a volunteer in mid-January, supporting Three Tails Resale. In her short time with us, she has joined the amazing "clothing crew" at 3TR. With a passionate skill in organization, Mary Ellen has done an amazing job tackling the clothing and shoe donations in the warehouse - believe us, this was a BIG task to take on! She has independently cleared aisles and sorted/hung thousands of items. An honorable mention of Mary Ellen's husband, Steve, is also needed. Steve stops by to help as his schedule allows. He was a life saver when the children's clothing rack fell off the wall a few weeks ago!
