Deductions in Arrears

Are you tracking back deductions for insurance premiums manually? If so, let's automate that! With Deductions in Arrears, they system can track missed premium payments and then deduct them on a future check. It doesn't take long to set this feature up and can save time for you and your team.

Client Success Story

A client was manually tracking missed deductions and had multiple spreadsheets to do so. They had to reconcile the spreadsheets against payroll and their general ledger each month. Once we put deductions in arrears in place, the entire process happened automatically and accurately.

Will you be my next success story?

California Pay Statements

California has strict rules in place for pay statements. This includes the information that needs to be on them and imposes penalties for non-compliance. For example, an error in an employer name or address, missing or incorrect totals, rates of pay, or beginning and ending dates of the payroll period can be a sufficient basis for employees to pursue substantial civil penalties.

If you have employees in California, let's review your pay statements to ensure compliance.
