School is scheduled to be closed on Friday, March 14th for Professional Development.

If there is adequate interest we will open for care from 8am-6pm.

Please click the School's Out Care button below to sign up by 6pm on Monday, March 3rd. Only sign up if you are able to commit to attend as we a making a decision based on responses.

UEC will only open on half days and PD Days if we have adequate interest - determined through School's Out Care form. It is imperative to complete these sign-ups by the deadline so that we can make the most appropriate decision.

Drop-Ins

(no set schedule)

Drop-Ins must be scheduled in advance through our website.

Reservations/payments can be accessed from the menu of the website or by using the button below.

Your payment serves as your reservation.

Payments are due for:

Before Care by 9pm the evening before service
After Care by 12pm the day of service

UEC will charge a 10% convenience fee to process drop-in payments that are not completed through reservation/payment page.

Daily Participants

Daily participants are those who attend the same days each week.

Daily schedules should have been specified at the time of registration.

We understand that daily schedules may change from time to time due to parents' work schedules.

In order for us to continue to accommodate you as a "Daily" participant, rather than "Drop-In" participant, please alert us to the change by 6pm on Friday the week before the change so that we can edit the recurring invoice

We will not be able to accommodate the change at the daily rate if this form is submitted after 6pm Friday

Tuition Payments

Invoices will be emailed to Monthly, Weekly and Daily Participants.

Monthly payments are due by 6:00pm on the first day of the month.

Weekly payments are due by 6:00pm on Monday.

Daily payments are due by 6:00pm on the first day of service for the week.

Drop-Ins are due by 12pm the day of service for after care and by 9pm the evening before for before care. Drop-In participants should pay online at www.uecprograms.com or the day before by check/money order.

Invoices will be emailed 1 day before the due date for monthly participants and 3 days before the due date for weekly/daily participants.

Credit Card Authorization

Automatic recurring payments will be processed:

Monthly-1st of each month
Weekly- Monday of each week
Daily- first scheduled day of the week

If you selected automatic payments, but would like to pay with a different card or with check/money order, please do so the day prior to the due date indicated above.

If you did not select automatic payments and your payment is delinquent, your payment will be processed via CC Authorization.

**Your payment becomes delinquent after 6pm on the due date**

Before Care is located in the Lower Building (LB) and begins at 7am. Please use the door and doorbell closest to Smith Ave for Before Care entry. 4th-8th graders will be escorted to the Upper Building (UB) for morning entry.

After Care for PreK-2nd graders is located in the Lower Building (LB) and 3rd-8th graders is in the Upper Building (UB). 2nd & 3rd graders will be escorted to the UB for After Care. After Care ends at 6pm. Please use the door and doorbell closest to Smith Ave for LB pick-up and the cafeteria door on Lochlea Rd for UB pick-up.

Late Pick-Up

Students who are picked up after 6:00 will incur a $1/minute late fee per child.

Late Payments

Late payments are subject to a $10/day late fee and retuned checks will incur a $30 returned check fee.
