Congratulations to Joanne as she celebrates 15-years as part of the SRC team!
Joanne is the heart and soul of our operation and has transformed her role as office manager in to helping make SRC what it is today. Joanne joined SRC in 2006 as our front desk reception and scheduler. Over the years, Joanne’s advanced knowledge of understanding our clients needs and the roles each of our team members played in the process made it a natural fit to promote Joanne to Office Manager. In 2018, Joanne expanded her role and added the supervision of the front desk reception area as part of her day to day responsibilities. Our office has never run smoother.
Today, when a client calls or comes into our office, we’re confident they will leave with three things:
- More knowledge than what they started with
- A sense of peace they are in good hands
- A smile on their face
We know Joanne is a big reason why all of this is so.
