Breathe Away Anxiety
Can breathwork and breathing patterns actually improve symptoms of anxiety? Do we have to do it every day? How long do we need daily to do this? How long does it take to see results? What breathing techniques are most effective? Most importantly, how do I do this?

It's Just a Bite!
Obesity is a major problem in the United States and throughout the world. It is thought that diets high in fat and sugar promote weight gain, but the exact mechanism isn’t clear. How does our food change what we want to eat? Are these desires innate, due to weight gain, or due to the food itself? Are our brains rewired based on the foods we eat? A calorie is a calorie. Weight control is simple, calories in vs. calories out. Right? Or is it?

Can You Walk and Talk?
Are you a multitasker? Can you juggle two tasks at the same time? Do you work through problems while exercising? It can be more difficult to do these things as we age. But how much of a risk is this in the ability or lack of ability to multitask? How can we tell if we are developing problems?
