Our Executive Director, Scott Mercer, is invited to participate in a roundtable discussion on April 1st with Senator Ed Markey on the importance and future of PEG channels. Scott will attend as a representative of Access Framingham to discuss the urgency of protecting these community resources in light of the proposed FCC ruling that has the potential to annihilate current PEG channels funding at the cable operator's discretion.

Marcia Sharpe, U.S Army Veteran, Access Framingham “Bill Rabkin Volunteer of the Year” 2015 Recipient, and recent graduate of Roxbury Community College with a Certificate in Production joins AFTV’s Spring Internship Program. Marcia has been a long time member of Access Framingham, the Greater Framingham Community Church and produces GFCC: The Hour of Blessing on AFTV.
Marcia is currently pursuing her Associates Degree in Broadcast Media Technology and we wish her all the best in her Internship with us at the Access Framingham Television Station.

Studio B Complete!
Studio B's equipment has finally been installed! Training workshops will be offered to members  in the near future!

The goal is to provide a turn-key operation for members to have the ability to record their programs in a more efficient and timely manner.

New equipment includes a palette of virtual production sets, three new voice activated remote control cameras, and a Broadcast Pix Roadie RX with voice-activated switching!
New Website officially launches!
Access Framingham's new website has officially launched!

New website features will allow members to log into the website with a username to sign-up for workshops and reserve studio time. More features are scheduled to come to the website so stay tuned for updates!
