Dear Parents and Friends of SWAN:

Happy Spring! We are more than half way through the school year and we could not be more proud of the learning we have seen at SWAN. From Preschool to the After-School, everyone has learned incredible new things and continued to celebrate the Mandarin language through in-person or virtual classes.

In case you have missed the after-school singing contest announcement. We especially appreciate our virtual families for sending in the singing clips. The Singing Contest result will be released on 4/8/2022, and great job to everyone!

Preschool

Giraffes and Ladybugs may bring 1 special item on Fridays ONLY for Mandarin Show and Tell!
Thank you to parents for donating COVID testing kits!
We appreciate the donation, but due to health code regulations, we can only accept new items.
We know that children become excited when they get new or unusual items, however please refrain from bringing toys to school as it is distracting.
This is a reminder that all children should have a change of clothing on the premises.
Please help SWAN maintain a nut free environment, NUTS are not permitted at school due to allergies.
March is Women’s History Month! Please bring in a picture of your child with a female family member.

Congratulations to Emily S, Rose, Persephone, and Maia! Their Lunar New Year essays & artwork were published in World Journal. Great job!
The afterschool program will have a Chinese Singing Contest in the week of 3/14/22-3/18/22. Stay tuned for more!
