Notice is hereby given that in accordance with the Constitution and By-Laws of the Society, that the Eighth Annual General Meeting of the Langley Pos-Abilities Society of #80 – 2270 196 Street, Langley, BC, Canada, V2Z 1N6
will be held:

*Please note that your membership of $10 will need to be paid in order to vote.
 
 
The following business will be transacted at the meeting:
 
  1. Introduction of Executive Director
  2. Election of Directors and Officers for the 2019 year
  3. Discussion of new fee structure
  4. Approval of Financial reports
  5. Presentation of LPAS Volunteer of the Year Award
  6. Presidents Report
  7. Other

LPAS BOARD MEMBERS MUST:

  • join the Langley Pos-Abilities Society so they are covered by our insurance ($10.00 per year)
  • enjoy our orientation program
  • undergo a free, on-line criminal records check

Celebrating Diversity With The 2019 Cultural Diversity Awards
We are honoured to have been nominated and attend the 2019 Fraser Valley Cultural Diversity Awards that were held on March 14 this year. While we did not win, it was a great experience to attend the banquet with so many other worthy organizations, it was truly humbling to be recognized for our work with a nomination and a testament to our volunteers who work so hard.
