The RHEC Foundation is accepting applications between now and April 22nd for its new, needs-based scholarship program for minority students. If you are from a minority population and are pursuing or plan to pursue an academic program with any of the member institutions at the Roanoke Higher Education Center, you are eligible!

This month the library is displaying guides to help students learn the fundamentals of college writing. These guides will show students how to conduct research, formulate an effective argument, and write engaging, correctly formatted class papers.

It's full of really practical tips for self-care during and after depressive episodes. The author offers advice based on her own experiences with depression and can speak to what the lowest lows can look and feel like.
