Get ready for some friendly competition! Grab a teammate, earn points by working out, and test your basketball skills on the Pop-A-Shot for bonus points. Stay consistent, climb the leaderboard, and see if your team has what it takes to win it all!


How to Earn Points:

  • Your Own Workout (1 point): Complete a 20-minute workout in the fitness center.
  • Group Exercise Class (2 points): Attend any group exercise class.

Bonus Point Opportunities (Must be monitored by a Fitness Center staff member):

  • 3-Pointer: After your workout, take 3 shots on the Pop-A-Shot—each basket made = 1 extra point (max of 3).
  • Overtime: Complete the weekly fitness challenge to earn 1 extra point after your workout.


Prizes:

  • First Place Team: 1 Month of FREE SPS Tower Garage Parking (1 per team member).
  • Second Place Team: (2) $100 Fanatics Gift Cards.

March is National Nutrition Month, making it the perfect time to focus on a balanced approach to eating. This month’s podcast highlights Abby Sharp, Registered Dietitian with a Master’s in Public Health Nutrition, who explores diet culture and how to move away from restrictive eating habits. She introduces the Hunger Crushing Combo™, a framework that emphasizes adding fiber, protein, and healthy fats to meals to promote satiety, balance blood sugar, and improve overall nutrition. Backed by peer-reviewed research, this episode offers a sustainable, science-based approach to eating well.

Your voice matters! Fitness at SPS Tower is relaunching our Wellness Committee, and we are looking for passionate individuals to be a part of it. Meetings will be held in-person during the first week of every month (day and time TBD, coffee & treats provided).


What You'll Do:

  • Provide direct feedback on fitness center facilities, programs, and services.
  • Share ideas to enhance wellness offerings and introduce new initiatives.
  • Collaborate on meaningful changes that align with the needs of the SPS Tower community.
  • Play a key role in promoting and supporting wellness programs within the building.
