Cooking Your Way to Good Health with Deanna

We're excited to launch a new regular feature focused on healthy and seasonal recipes hosted by Deanna, a nurse practitioner specializing in cardiovascular disease at Henry Ford Hospital. She also holds a bachelor's degree in nutrition and is interested in disease prevention with a focus on increasing fruits, vegetables, and plant-based proteins in your daily diet. Each video will be about 6 minutes in length. For her first recipe, Deanna will share a fun spin on a quinoa salad full of protein, calcium, iron, beta-carotene, antioxidants, and vitamins B2, C & K.
