This series combines strength-building exercises and yoga techniques tailored to golfers, designed to improve your performance on the course. Focus on developing key muscle groups used in golf—core stability, rotational strength, balance, and flexibility—while also enhancing your mental clarity and focus through yoga.
March 12, 19, (no class 3/26), April 2, 9, 16 and 23rd. $150 for 6 weeks. $30 drop in.
