Beyond Grit: Practical Tools
to Build Resilience and Courage

March 10 Breakfast Webinar
PENworks2022 speaker sneak peek: Dr. Cindra Kamphoff

We are all faced with continuing challenges. But as leaders and professionals are still expected to produce. And despite all the factors that we cannot control, we can choose to lead with grit, purpose and passion.

The Wisconsin Center for Performance Excellence –- in partnership with the Performance Excellence Network – is pleased to host an online webinar discussion on March 10: “Beyond Grit: Practical Tools to Build Resilience and Courage.” The discussion will be facilitated by Dr. Cindra Kamphoff, the opening keynote of the PENworks 2020 conference and the facilitator of the pre-conference for PENworks 2022!

In this discussion, Cindra will explore tools to help us see opportunities (rather than challenges), savor the good, and commit to leading with grit for the future — tools and best practices that will help us all deliver at peak performance, but also motivate and energize the teams we lead.

This session is Thursday, March 10 from 8:00-9:00 CT (optional speed networking and mingling 7:45-8:00), using Zoom MEETING. Grab your coffee and breakfast, and join us for a rich discussion. Free for PEN/WCPE members; $20 for non-members.

March 24 Breakfast Webinar
PENworks2022 keynoter sneak peek: Propellergirl

Given today’s continuously changing environment, we’re all frequently asked to navigate crossroads, making decisions that impact ourselves, our teams, and our organizations. Knowing we need something bigger than ourselves, we use our influence, hard-won wisdom, and power to help others create a path of success forward. But there are also tools to help us better navigate continuous change as a team.

The Wisconsin Center for Performance Excellence –- in partnership with the Performance Excellence Network – is pleased to host an online webinar discussion on Thursday, March 24: “The Five Questions: Why is it Wise to Lead to the Whys.” We are excited to feature Deena Ebbert (aka “Propellergirl“) as facilitator for this high energy, highly interactive conversation. Deena is also plenary keynote of PENworks 2022 so come and get a preview of her powerful remarks!

Deena will explore the power of asking The Five Questions (Where, What, When, Who, and How) that lead to the WHY of loving what we do, and ways to bring the feeling of “I Love My Job!” to work every day. Her simple approach will help us all make better decisions, navigate change, and increase engagement in our work — characteristics that can help us as leaders and professionals in any setting.

This session is Thursday, March 24 from 8:00-9:00 CT (optional speed networking and mingling 7:45-8:00), using Zoom MEETING. Grab your coffee and breakfast, and join us for a rich discussion. Free for PEN/WCPE members; $20 for non-members.
