Daniel's Workforce Development Endeavors

Daniel was excited and an honored to represent the Professional Remodeling Organization and the Remodeling Industry at the annual Thomas Edison Construction Trades Career Fair.

As some of you know, Daniel has a passion for Workforce Development. Daniel sits on the Construction Trades Foundation Board, the PRO Workforce Foundation Board and is chairman for the PRO Workforce Development Committee. Daniel represented PRO at this event to explain to these construction and Architecture students the viable and amazing career paths available in the residential remodeling industry. The stigma of construction being blue color needs to be broken. There are so many careers in the remodeling industry that don't require you to use tools or get dirty. Examples being Architects, Designers, Interior Decorators, Draftsman, Marketing, Admin, Project Management and many more. The demand is high and the opportunities are endless. Most trade students making considerably more money then their college counterparts. Many firms offering continuing education and college tuition reimbursement programs for full-time employees.

Daniel works hard to mentor and coach our youth on incredible opportunities in Residential Remodeling. Bringing in interns, having one on one counceling sessions and raising money for scholarships for students interested in the residential remodeling industry.
