MARCH SPECIAL - $40 FLOOR PLANS

It looks like we have a wet week ahead and a busy spring break for many of the schools. It also looks like Snap2Close has hit a home run with its new floor plans offerings.

To celebrate our new service and to make things more affordable for you, our March Special is to reduce the floor plan price to $40 for those of you who order the Silver Package and to include it for free in our Gold and Platinum Packages.

Why are floor plans so popular now?

Zillow has been reporting for several years that homebuyers truly value having a floor plan when shopping for a new home. As a matter of fact, Zillow claims that floor plans are the second most important piece of media homebuyers want to see with photos being first, followed by videos and 3D tours. It certainly makes sense because it allows homebuyers to focus on homes with a floor plan/layout that works for them.

The National Association of Realtors (NAR) never included a question about floor plans until last year’s 2019 NAR Home Buyers & Sellers Generational Trends Report (page 57) and the results showed 80% of homebuyers thought that floor plans were useful, with 52% being very usefu l.  By the way, I have tried to insert their results below but if is too small, then click the report's link above to see the chart.
Why are floor plans so useful?

Photos show how the seller lives in the home.

A floor plan shows how the buyer could live in it!

Additionally, a floor plan is the best way to gather information about the overall layout: how the rooms fit in relation to other rooms and understanding the flow of the property.

Although photos are excellent visual assets, buyers may feel a lack of context; floor plans give structure to photos in a listing, i.e., floor plans reveal what photographs often cannot convey: the proportions of rooms, the number of rooms, and their traffic flow.
Coming Soon - Interactive Floor Plans

In the next two months we expect to introduce a new Interactive Floor Plan service which will allow a home buyer (and Realtor) to completely tour a 2,500 sq. ft. home in just a few minutes. It will link camera shots we have taken to the actual floor plan. This new service will be like 'Floor Plans-On-Steroids' and really attract new homebuyers to engage with you, our valued clients.
As you can see, Snap2Close continues to be a leader in the world of real estate photography and innovative media solutions. We look forward to working with you on your next photo shoot and invite you take advantage of the special offer.
