ABC's COVid-19 Plan
All jokes aside. This is a time of unknown and a bit scary for most of us. We, like many of you, are nervous about what this pandemic and closures will do to our economy. Many of you are small business owners or work for small businesses. ABC Pet Resort & Spa is open, and we will continue to take reservations. We thank you for your continued patronage, we are committed to serving our community, clients, and team members. We wanted to share what we are doing at ABC to keep our team members and clients safe, and let you know about a few new options for our pets and pet-parents.
ABC's Cleaning Protocol
-Our door handles and counters are disinfected between each client visit. Please do not be offended!
-Team members wash their hands or use disinfectant after each client interaction.
-Restrooms and common areas are fully cleaned and disinfected three times daily.
-All facility air filters changed weekly.
-Continue to follow our certifications standard of cleaning protocol.
-Participate in pet care-specific industry conference calls to discuss new cleaning and care protocols if/as they develop.
New Options and Discounts
All options and discounts are good now through April 30th tentatively.
-Curbside service: If you would prefer to stay in your car, just give us a call and we will offer our curbside concierge service. Just give us a call (281)444-9414 Option 1, no honking please.
-Free transportation for lodging stays*
*Within 15 miles of ABC
*Minimum 5 day stay
*Existing clients, whose pet's travel well with non-family members
*By appointment only
*Monday-Friday between 9am and 5pm
-Naughty Dog? 20% off our 1, 2 or 3 week Lodge-N-Learn Programs.
-30 day extension on all daycare packages.
-10% off any daycare or stay-n-play package purchase.

Here are a few things you can do to help support your local small businesses:
- Like their posts
- Better yet, react with a "love" or "wow"
- Comment on their posts, even just with an emoji
- Tag some friends to help spread the love
- Share their posts or post a picture from a previous experience
- Post a positive review
- Always speak with management before posting a negative review, everyone has an off day
- Be kind and support local
