Each quarter, we ask our Members to provide us with some helpful feedback so that we can continue improving the level of service we provide to you. We receive a wide variety of responses, and this quarter, many of you asked questions about topics that have been impacted in the last year by NAR's Clear Cooperation Policy, the ongoing Pandemic, statuses like Coming Soon, overlapping showings, and more. We want you to know that when you talk, we listen. Many of you have taken notice of our new Matrix Education widget! Each week, Members have the opportunity to participate in our optional one-question Matrix quiz. This is a fun way to test your knowledge of one of the platforms you use and interact with daily. This month, we asked questions about reverse prospect, disclosures, commute time calculations, and more. Below are the results of this month's quiz featuring the Inrix Drive Time™ feature:
As it turns out, many of our Members didn't know about the recently-updated commute time feature in Matrix X, and we are excited to share with you that there have been two significant upgrades made to the Inrix Drive Time™ feature. When searching for homes within a certain commute time, you can now add a day of the week to your search in order to hone in on specific commute times for clients who may have jobs that operate outside of the standard weekday 9-5. Additionally, you now have the capability to create multiple search radii for clients who need to consider multiple commute times when buying a home. The images below depict these new features being utilized in Matrix X:
