Joint Negotiations officially kicked off this month
Progress has already been made on several of the less time-intensive sections of the contract. This is a standard approach—tackling less contentious items first before addressing more complex issues.
SLMP Steps
If you progress to any step on the SLMP program and are directed to contact a manager, please do so promptly. This is not disciplinary, but failure to respond could result in discipline, up to and including termination. Make every effort to set an appointment as soon as possible.
