MONTHLY ARC MEETINGS
The dates for the monthly ARC meeting are posted in your Appfolio Calendar.
Going forward meetings will be on the first Wednesday of every month in the Clubhouse at 2 PM.
March 5th is the next Meeting.
SPRING/ SUMMER PROJECTS
Please remember you are in an HOA and most projects need approval from the ARC. Paint, Decks, Roofs, etc. If there is any question it is better to ask than face possible fines.
Now is the time to get your projects started. Do not wait, beat the rush!!
All of the information needed is in your Appfolio Portal. Look under "Architectural Reviews" and follow the instructions for your projects. Everything should be submitted through the portal which expedites the time that it takes for approval.

Please!! No Parking on Roads!!
Section 14.01 Vehicles must be parked completely off the roads, cul-de-sacs and parking lots so that CLCC snowplowing operations can keep the areas cleared. If CLCC has to call a tow truck to clear a roadway, the offending vehicle will be towed at the owner’s expense. An owner who intends to use or rent his/her property must make arrangements for parking area snow removal on his/her property, in order not to block roads or cul-de-sacs. Class 4 Violation

OHV Users Regulations
Owners Regulations define OHVs as a transportation vehicle capable of reaching speeds greater than five MPH. Included are ATVs, motorcycles, snowmobiles, golf carts, scooters, motorized bikes and go-carts. We have had multiple offenders this winter, joy riding on the lake and around the neighborhood. Please be a good neighbor and review and abide by the regulations.

Melting Snow, Take It Slow!
With spring melt right around the corner, it’s a good time to remind everyone that road conditions will vary. Warmer daytime temperatures will leave several inches of slush on our roads. Constant traffic causes berms of slush to form that may freeze when the nighttime temperatures drop. We are well aware of this yearly issue, and keep up with it as best we can. Please remember to use extra caution and slower speeds, especially during this transition time.
