March Beekeeping Tips

NUTRITION is key this month!

Bees may be able to bring some pollen into the hive on occassional foraging flights, but because of the growing population and limited external resource, nutritional needs increase and the riskh of STARVATION IS HIGH!

Feed with sugar Bricks!! https://www.letitbeeinc.com/products/sugar-brick?_pos=1&_psq=sugar&_ss=e&_v=1.0

PESTS, PARASITES AND DISEASES

No need to monitor and treat just yet, but be aware that the mite population is starting to rise.

EQUIPMENT

Your equipment should be cleaned, bought, fixed, assembled or painted by now.
