Foundation Training! This two day workshop is geared toward yogis and non-yogis alike, and will walk you through techniques aimed at decompressing, lengthening, and strengthening your spine.
Foundation Training (FT) is a safe and effective exercise program created to help you change the movement patterns that might be hurting you. Foundation Training focuses on strengthening the posterior chain - the back side of your body - and improving posture. FT also helps heal back pain, plantar fasciitis, sciatica, IT band syndrome, and other chronic posture-related aches and pains. At the core of this movement technique is breathwork/decompression and anchoring. FT is an incredible compliment to any workout regime and can be incorporated easily into your daily life.
