Hello, fellow Alamo Ranchers
I'd like that thank y'all for reaching out, emailing, texting, messaging about issues you see in the community that need attention. The board needs your eyes and ears and when we know about things we can take care of them sooner, so thanks for being engaged.
The board will continuing to interview for a new manager next week. In the mean time our interim manager Aaron Bell has been doing site inspections and the day to day operations along side of the CCMC vice president Jenny Key. They have made some great suggestions to the board to help make things goes smoother for residents and continue giving the best training and support to our new compliance coordinator, Maryah and our admin assistant, Jocelin.
The pool chiller was installed this week and will be functional for pool season! Lets see if it helps with the Texas heat.
The Scholarship committee did choose its winners but did not have enough time to invite them to the board meeting so they will be announced at the March 28th board meeting. I would love to see a full audience there to congratulate them.
The board approved the land clearing for the multi purpose court so we can now get on the books with them and start work on that project. The board also approved an engineer firm to get started on the Pavillion.
As always I'm available by email for any questions or comments. Hope everyone has a great weekend!
